Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping in the USA generally will use FedEx 2-day service, unless local to Boston, in which case FedEx Ground will be used. Contact us for special shipping requests.

International Shipping

International shipping for non-USA customers will use the best available service depending on location and delivery restraints. Extra VAT, import fees and taxes will be incurred by the user, including any other importing agent or service fees. We advise seeking product from our distributors if possible, or contacting directly the manufacturer of products we distribute, as a direct sale may the most expeditious way of obtaining the product for some users and locations.

Returns

Return Approval

No returns will be accepted unless an RMA number has been issued through our Tech Support team. Consumable products are not returnable.

Returns & Exchanges

If approved, the cost for shipping a returning product is the responsibility of the user.

Warranty

All products manufactured or assembled by ESI Source Solutions have a standard 30-day warranty after the sale to perform as advertised or described upon initial installation except consumable products like capillary columns, traps, and nanospray tips.

Consumable products like analytical or trapping columns, nanospray tips are warrantied only to initial installation as user samples and systems are highly variable and not under our control.

Products distributed by us carry only the original manufacturer's warranty which can be obtained from their websites or upon request.
